Shipping and refund policy
We deliver worldwide from our office in the United Kingdom.
Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Delivery is estimated at 3-5 working days in Europe and 7-10 working days worldwide, from the shipping date.
**Please note that due to Royal Mail (UK) industrial action some deliveries are taking longer than expected. We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas**

If your order exceeds 1500g please email shop@ds-int.org to discuss shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Down Syndrome International is not responsible for these charges. If they are applied they are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@ds-int.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
