To ensure the maximum amount of funds goes directly to our charity work, and for hygiene reasons regarding sock wear, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Faulty Items: However, we want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost.
Refunds
As a charity initiative supporting World Down Syndrome Day, we aim to direct as much funding as possible to our cause. Because of this, and due to the hygiene nature of our products (socks), we generally do not offer returns for change of mind.
However, we want you to be happy with your support! We understand that exceptional circumstances happen. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to our team. We will review your situation fairly and do our best to find a solution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
